At PRSTNE, each product is made with intention and care. Because of the personal and limited-edition nature of our items, all purchases are considered final sale once processed. We do not offer refunds or cancellations after an order has been confirmed. Please double-check your selections before completing checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3-5 days of delivery, along with a clear photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to replace it or issue store credit, depending on the situation. Our goal is to make sure you feel cared for and heard.
