Won't the sponge fall off after a few uses?No, the sponge won’t fall off! It’s designed to be 3 inches deep and completely embedded within the soap. This means that it stays securely in place until the soap has been used down to a flat layer and starts melting away. You can enjoy a sturdy and long-lasting scrub throughout the life of the soap.

Is the sponge going to be too rough on my skin?The sponge is designed to exfoliate and gently remove dead skin cells, but you can adjust the pressure to suit your needs. For a super gentle exfoliation, simply glide the sponge over your skin and let it do the work. If you’re feeling extra active and need a deeper clean, apply a bit more pressure. Plus, the hand strap is flexible, allowing you to use just the soap side on its own or switch to the sponge side for a more exfoliating experience.

How long will the soap last?Each soap sponge is designed to last for around 40 washes, depending on how often and how much you use it. To get the most out of it, make sure to let it dry between uses and keep it out of direct water flow when not in use. This helps preserve both the soap and the sponge, giving you a longer-lasting experience.

What should I do with the sponge after the soap is used up?You have a few options! You can join our mail-back recycling program—just send the sponge back to us, and you'll receive 50% off your next purchase. If that’s not your style, you can dispose of it with your regular trash, or even repurpose it as a scrubber for counters and other surfaces around your home. Our sponges are designed to be disposable rather than permanent loofahs because studies have shown that traditional loofahs can harbor bacteria and germs after about 45 days of use. We prioritize your skin's health and hygiene with each new sponge.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
